KUNMING GOLF CLUB – CHINA

The first golf course in Kunming, Kunming Country Golf Club, opened for play in 1997. Australian golf course architect Les Watts created Kunming Country Golf Club. The course measures 7109 yards in overall length, with 71 pars. Par 72 was altered to 71 in 2011 after being rebuilt by International Management Group. The Kunming Country Golf Club blends in seamlessly with its surroundings and makes use of the natural landform as well. It features a lot of acute dogleg right holes. Playing this course could be difficult because there aren’t many opportunities to make a birdie.

The course is made evergreen and meets international standards thanks to the turf putte on the green and turf bermrda 419 on the fairway.
