I. PAYMENT METHOD

  • We kindly require a deposit of 50% of the total amount as soon as your booking has been confirmed
  • The outstanding 50% shall be paid 30 days prior to arrival by credit card or bank transfer.
  • VISA, Master Card Online payment by credit card (SSL) technology protected
  • Payment by bank transfer, Telepharaphic Transfer

II. TERM & CONDITION

  • The client is advised to arrange holiday insurance to give protection in the event that the client is unable, for any reason, to take up the holiday package at the agreed time.
  • The client should notify JG Golf Vietnam JSC of any cancellation immediately.
  • Cancellation will be calculated from the day the written notification is received by the customer or company as a percentage of the net total tour price as shown plus any surcharges (e.g. ticketed air sectors, other penalties imposed by suppliers such as golfing’s & hotels):
  • In case of cancellation, we will refund:
    • 50% of the amount paid if more than 30 days prior to arrival date.
    • 30% of the amount paid if more than 15 days prior to arrival date.
    • No refund if less than 15 days prior your arrival date.
  • Force majeure situation: Both parties A and B are solely responsible for damages due to changes or cancellations in force majeure cases such as: disease outbreaks, earthquakes, natural disasters, accidents, fires, wars, etc. terrorism, riots or policy changes of the Vietnamese Government and local authorities that affect or make it impossible for the parties to perform their obligations under this contract.
