ITINERARY | 4 Days | 3 Nights Curated Experience
Day 1 – Arrival & Welcome reception
Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City and enjoy a seamless transfer to Pullman Saigon Centre. Check in to your 5-star accommodation and begin your journey with an elegant welcome reception, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.
Day 2 – Tournament Day
Compete in the official VGV Championship at Tan Son Nhat Golf Course, a premier urban golfing destination. Conclude the day with an Exclusive gala dinner on the greens, featuring refined cuisine, entertainment, and an awards ceremony in a sophisticated setting.
Day 3 – Experience Round Long Thanh Golf Club,
Experience a distinguished round at Long Thanh Golf Club, renowned as one of Vietnam’s most prestigious courses, offering breathtaking landscapes and world-class design.
Day 4 – Departure Home Sweet Home

1. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
2. Pricing Policy
All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Travel Insurance
Clients are strongly advised to arrange their own travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent them from participating in the tour as scheduled.
4. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The cancellation date will be calculated based on the date the written notice is received by either party. Cancellation fees will be applied as a percentage of the total net tour price, including any applicable surcharges (such as flight tickets or supplier penalties).
5. Refund Policy
– 30% refund will be granted if cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date.
– No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 45 days before the arrival date.
6. Credit Rollover Policy
In lieu of a refund, clients may choose to retain 100% of the paid amount as credit. This credit can be fully applied to future VGV events or any tour organized by JG Golf Vietnam.
7. Force Majeure
Both parties shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to: disease outbreaks, natural disasters, earthquakes, fires, wars, terrorism, riots, accidents, or changes in policies by the Vietnamese Government or local authorities that make it impossible to fulfill contractual obligations.
