Course Designer

Jose Maria Olazaba

Olazabal Course was voted best course in Asia; four-time venue for the World Cup of Golf; also hosted the WGC-HSBC Champions in 2015
Jose Maria Olazabal’s inaugural signature course is one of the club’s strongest tests. Olazabal’s reputation as a master of the sand wedge is evident in the course’s 151 bunkers, which include 24 on No. 15 alone. It plays to more than 7,300 yards for the Omega Mission Hills World Cup. Throughout the golf course, there are numerous breathtaking views of unspoiled jungle and naturally running streams that provide breathtaking backdrops. This actual championship course is distinguished by its many, deep bunkers and its undulating fairways. Known as the “Olympics of Golf,” the Olazabal Course served as the venue for the Omega Mission Hills World Cup in 2007, 2008, and 2009.
